People often ask where the best place is to apply your essential oils. My response is anywhere you would apply lotion. You're not going to put lotion in your eyes... So don't be putting essential oils there either.
Common and fast acting places on your body to place your oils would be: your wrists, the back of your neck and the bottom of your feet. These are sensitive areas of your body that absorb the oils and their properties very quickly.
Problem areas are fine too. Here are some examples:
-Acne on your face: Melaleuca
-Blood circulation in the legs: Cypress
-Menstrual Cramps: Basil
-Cold Sores: Melissa
When in doubt DILUTE! Fractionated coconut oil is the most common.
